I have over 4 years’ experience working with NGO’s, recruitment, consultancy, manufacturing and public services sectors.
While working at CA Associates Staffing, I oversee staff, arrange meetings and appointments for the MD, respond to social media enquiries, maintain personnel records, write professional CVs, handle performance appraisals, initiate human resource and training policies, ensure relevant contracts and database are up-to-date, process payroll, assist clients in renewal of statutory documents, manage all aspects of communication, train new employees on work ethics and perform daily administrative duties. At the National Hygiene Initiative (Kazi Mtaani), I monitored the progress of program, approved petty cash expenses, submitted weekly working report to the area Chief, ensured all the workers had appropriate working tools, provided technical guidance on implementation, and assisted in the preparation of weekly payment plans by providing the workers daily duty roster and reports. At Farmers Fresh Feeds Limited, I provided guidance in project operations, ensured compliance with set policies, handled the reconciling of projects invoices, prepared monthly financial reports, performed record maintenance, supported internal and external audit processes, handled procurement of goods and services and developed orientation programs for all new staff.

I have a Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resources Management option), with IHRM membership.
