Fay Khaemba

I am passionate about law; employment and pensions matters, data protection, intellectual property, corporate commercial law, legal research and drafting, Policy development and conducting legal trainings. I have successfully conducted legal audits for various firms, and participated in drafting of County legislations. I have participated in the drafting and reviewing of Pension Scheme Trust Deed and Rules and Scheme documentation in accordance with the Retirement Benefit Act and Pension Regulations. I have conducted trainings on Human Resource Audit and Compliance and Data Protection compliance.   

I am an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with 3 years + post admission experience. I currently work at Gikera & Vadgama Advocates as an Associate Advocate in the Employment & Pensions Department and also in the Data Protection and Intellectual Property department. 
 

I have worked previously in the firm of Sigano & Omollo LLP Advocates as a litigation advocate and in the procurement department. 
 

I successfully participated in Research with the East Africa Law Society and the SADCLA. 

I hold a Bachelor of Law Degree from Kisii University (Second Upper) and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. I am a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
