About FAITH WAMBUA:

I'm a passionate about service to others and have vast experience in the same. I'm also knowledgeable and experienced in administration matters and management of c suite executives. I am a graduate of both a bachelor's degree in commerce and a master's degree in management and organizational development 

Experience

I have previously worked for NCBA (formerly CBA) in the personal banking department, Rafiki Microfinance Bank as a Senior Customer Service Officer. I am currently working with HF Group where I joined as a Customer Service Officer in Branch Business. I then transitioned to the role of business planning manager in the larger Retail Department.

Education

I hold a Master's degree in Management & Organisational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a major in Banking and Financial Services. I also hold a Diploma in Customer Service Management.
