Currently, I work at CCI Kenya as a customer success agent I've been there for 9 months. My responsibilities include receiving calls, responding to Chats. Assisting with questions, Upselling and placing orders for customers .CCI Kenya is a diverse and busy environment , which has helped me learn how to multitask and manage my time efficiently. Before working at CCI Kenya, I worked as an assistant manager at Leo Salon Barbershop and Spa. This role helped me develop my customer service skills and become more comfortable in a team-oriented environment.
I'm looking to further develop my customer service and problem-solving skills as a customer experience personnel and also looking to learn about operations . I'm interested in your company specifically because I believe I will learn, grow and also add value to the company growth if you give me a chance.
