President William Ruto fires Gladys Wanga's husband.

President William Ruto has today dismissed from employment the non executive chairperson of the energy and petroleum regulatory authority (EPRA),George Wanga.George Wanga who is married to Homabay governor Gladys Wanga was appointed to the position five months ago. The revocation of his appointment was shared through a gazette notice dated 16th of June 2025.
