Faith Nyanchama

Faith Nyanchama is a holder of Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Masai Mara University.  With over 3 years of experience in Project Planning and Management, working with Non-Governmental Organizations in Kenya, my day to day work experience involves working in high demanding role in a dynamic, multi-cultural and competitive environment. My major tasks involved project planning, routine monitoring and evaluation, data collection, reporting, documentation of impact stories, planning of advocacy campaigns, preparation and review of project budgets among others. My major career achievements involve executing an advocacy campaign towards the introduction of the Nakuru County Gender and Equality Bill in the County Assembly. The bill will promote the gender mainstreaming in County development programmes and also protect the livelihoods of the vulnerable in Nakuru.
