Roles and Duties:
 Generation of member claim code to send the patient to the doctor
 Ensure that all claims received are well stamped
 Prepare valid claims for scanning
 Claim of NHIF bills and AON claims
 Confirm that smart claims have been billed correctly
 Communicating with the insurances through emails
 Attend to customer and service providers’ queries and complaints promptly
 Update of insurances statements of account

Worked in Kenya Power and Lighting Company Limited as an Intern- Finance Department
Roles and Duties:
 Ensuring customers receive the deposit refunds after closing accounts
 Payments and reconciliation of supplier accounts
 Raising labor costs
 Payments of claims
 Receipts of revenue and debt management

Pursued Bachelor of Commerce (Finance option) attained a grade of Second Class Honors Upper Division in Mount Kenya University( main campus) in the year 2015-2018.
