My key strengths lie in my ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently and adapt to new technologies and software quickly, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, provide clear and concise technical support, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. 

In my internship, I have gained valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting. My responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, managing hardware and software, offering user support, and ensuring seamless integration of various IT systems. I have also assisted with data management tasks and medical device integration, contributing to the smooth operation of the hospital's IT infrastructure.
