Braeburn Kisumu International School (BKIS) is a multicultural, co-educational school in Kisumu, Kenya;
following the National Curriculum of England and Wales. Students come from a range of demographics
and classes reflected diversity. In this role, I was responsible for developing child education

Key Achievements
● Planning, organization and smoothly facilitated key events in the sports calendar such as early
years’ fun day, primary sports day, high school basketball and football fixtures, EYFS swimming gala,
BKIS invitational swimming gala, and BKIS invitational cross-country events.
● Key advisor to the MSMUN and EAMUN model United Nations clubs, Lead student in writing passed
resolutions which were read and debated on at the conference.
● Inspired pupils to undertake STEAM activities which helped to manage classroom behaviour and
foster creativity, teamwork and leadership.
● Enhanced students learning by being patient, organized, making the students feel comfortable,
encouraging students and staying calm in emergency situations.
● Taken my students to fixtures and swimming gala where they have gotten grate honors and
exposure
