  • Booking purchase orders promptly 
  • Retrieving and filing purchase documents enabling me initiate a user friendly filing system that involves scanning the document and saving in Microsoft cloud increasing efficiency in document retrieval
  • Petty cash management, ensuring cash voucher is complete and is signed by significant authorities before disbursing money
  • Keeping track of payments in the payables section by attaching relevant documents such as purchase orders
