- Initiating sale of the company’s medications to doctors, pharmacists and other relevant healthcare professionals over the phone, through mobile marketing, email marketing, SEO marketing and in physical too.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation ongoing.
- Reviewing and writing reports on sales performances.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases and customer feedback.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the company’s medications.
- Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists and other relevant healthcare professionals to promote the company’s medications.
- Building and maintaining good customer relationships with customers to facilitate repeat purchases.

- Organizing Continuous Medical Educations to potential customers through presentations within the set budget.
- Keeping updated on the current innovations in the medical field and how they could affect my company’s market strategies.
