I am a seasoned professional in the Food and Beverage Service and Hospitality Industry, with over 18 years
of experience. My work has seen me manage service excellence strategies by creating lasting guest experiences and delivering operational effectiveness to businesses. I have led and developed teams of up to 120 service employees. I have led strategies that have seen new lines of revenue generation and transformed spaces to build on organizations' brands. I work exceptionally well under pressure, inspiring teams to greater performance, and providing amazing customer service. I am a superb team player with good people management skills.

I am looking to develop my leadership skills with a company that shares my vision in order to stay relevant in the ever-changing market trends. I have 18 years of exceptional hospitality experience in planning, strategic management, inspiring people to higher performance, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. I have been a banqueting and events manager for a period of 8 years, I have held the position of food and beverage manager for 3 years and hotel manager position for 3 years.
