A motivated, adaptable and responsible Construction Project manager seeking a position in the
construction industry which will utilize the professional and technical skilled developed through
past work experiences in this field. I have a methodical, customer-focused approach to work and
a strong drive to see things through to completion within the triple constraints for projects.
Additionally, I have designed and built residential buildings for various clients with whom I
continue to ensure they have white pearls seen at the end of the project.  
 

2022 – (Current)                          MEP Project Engineer, Water Flow Ltd.
• Prepared working and Shop drawings and cost estimates for Plumbing,
drainage Waste vent systems.: Using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Prepared weekly budgets for the project where cashflow statements werused to track on the cost of the project and issued the relevant advises tthe client.
• Ensured that all the procurements were done on time.
• Prepared As-built drawings for completed MEP projects designed by
Engineers. 
• Liaising with the project Team in solving Site issues and ensuring that
no there was no delay for works.
• Provided technical advice to the Skilled Plumbing sub-contractor on
issues relating to construction.
• Planning, coordinating and managing  the various Site activities  
• Valuing completed works and arranging  for payments
• Preparing contract documents, including bills of quantities with the
architect and/or the client(s.

procurement procedures, financial and contract administration of

projects and undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance
project work
