Tasks involved

i. Providing customer services to patients, public and Meridian Medical Center staff and ensure inquiries and complaints to the department are addressed expeditiously

i. Receiving patients by greeting and welcoming them and directing them around

iii. Maintaining the hospital files and keeping the hospital records in check as well as order any hospital necessities.
