I am currently the manager Crew Scheduling at Kenya Airways.  In my current role, I supervise the crew scheduling team, ensures that the team covers flights with legal crew requirements and adheres to the laid down procedures. I work hand in hand with many departments to ensure smooth running of operations especially during disruptions.  It is also my role to advise the Business of the staffing levels and future requirements.

Every half year i do appraisals for my team, i also mentor team members.  I am involved in audits of the company and on boarding of new staff in the operation department.

My highest level of education is Degree in  Bsc Agricultural Engineering.  I have however just enrolled at Management University of Africa for a masters' program.
