Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing strategies to increase company sales and profits.
2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and potential clients.
3. Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers, partners and stakeholders.
4. Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences and trends. 
5. Preparing and presenting proposals, contracts and pitches to secure business deals with customers and partners.
6. Reporting on business development results, challenges and opportunities to senior management.
7. Coordinating and collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.
