I am an enthusiastic administrative assistant with over 6 years of experience working with NGOs, Private sector
and Government institution. I have gained ample experience in communication, designing of
publication materials from flyers, business cards, letter heads, banners, stickers to promotional emails and
coordination of website design. I have expertise in anticipating professional needs, proactively identifying and
resolving problems, proven ability to promote organization through effective schedule development, extensive
experience in office and personnel management skills with equal ability in lead and support roles.
I am competent in customer service skills, analytical skills, excel, maintaining filing systems, record keeping,
human resources, general office duties, organizational skills, extensive strategic planning, coordinating with
clients and serving as a liaison between different offices. I have previously worked as an Administrator at Thandi
daycare, Ngurumah Tours and travel and the Kenya University Sports Association (KUSA). These experiences
have offered me a wealth of expertise in administration, customer service, PR and marketing and further enhanced my leadership
skills.
 

Approximate rate: KSh 1,500 per hour
