Mpost means mobile postal office which enables mobile phone users to register their phone numbers as virtual postal address.
Being a customer-driven service my roles as a customer Service / Telesales Lead includes:
Marketing
- Marketing of Mpost products and services
- Unbounding new clients to MPost
Telesales
- Selling MPost products-seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Responding to incoming calls from the customers to answer questions and inquiries, provide information and handle complaints regarding the company’s products and services
Maintaining clients’ database
- Liaising with IT team to maintain an electronic database of clients
- Reviewing customers’ accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
Client relations management
- Listening to customers concerns and handling complains and returns,
- Providing clients with needed informational support by giving detailed explanations of our service and products.
