Experience

Mpost means mobile postal office which enables mobile phone users to register their phone numbers as virtual postal address. 

Being a customer-driven service my roles as a customer Service / Telesales Lead includes:

Marketing

  • Marketing of Mpost products and services
  • Unbounding new clients to MPost

Telesales

  • Selling MPost products-seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Responding to incoming calls from the customers to answer questions and inquiries, provide information and handle complaints regarding the company’s products and services

Maintaining clients’ database

  • Liaising with IT team to maintain an electronic database of clients
  • Reviewing customers’ accounts and transactions while resolving issues.

Client relations management

  • Listening to customers concerns and handling complains and returns,
  • Providing clients with needed informational support by giving detailed explanations of our service and products.
