• Lead and coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of ERP implementation projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, developers and operations to gather comprehensive requirements and expectations.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables while ensuring alignment with the organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing transparent communication to stakeholders on progress, potential roadblocks and necessary adjustments.
• Manage change requests, ensuring they are properly evaluated, approved and integrated into the project scope.
• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the implementation process, addressing inquiries, concerns and requests promptly.
• Coordinate training sessions for end-users to ensure a seamless transition to the new ERP system.
• Play a key role in continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement in project management methodologies, tools and processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration with the existing systems and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of the ERP system to meet specific business needs.
