I have spent the previous one and a half years honing my skills in this field such as Python, Power BI, Excel, SPSS, and STATA. I am ready to move into the next step which is acquiring real-life experience and solving real-world problems. Beyond my technical skills, I am a strong communicator and a collaborative team player. Experience
As an IT specialist in the Nyeri County Government, my responsibilities included providing technical support for hardware and software issues, assisting with network maintenance and troubleshooting, conducting regular backups of critical data, and assisting in the implementation of IT projects. Additionally, I contributed to user training sessions and documentation updates, ensuring efficient IT operations across departments.
