As a skilled laboratory technologist I have grown accustomed to the two sided work environment that accompanies my duties.as a lab tech I have the ability to excel in a team oriented environment while still having the ability to work alone without direct supervision.
Through my experience I have learned the importance of maintaining an organized laboratory, phlebotomy expertise, timely testing and proper recording of results, proper equipment maintenance, and following the standard operating procedures which is key to maintaining a healthy operating lab.
