Experience
Having worked in the health industry for eight years,i believe i have acquired the necessary skills required to diligently carry out my duties in administration,customer service and billing departments.Not only have i learnt to multitask but also to deal with clients and learnt to empathize.From customer engagement experience through telephone,email response and one on one interactions,i have been able to interact with different individuals from different nationalities hence i can work comfortably in a multi-cultural environment.

I am a Bachelor of commerce holder (finance option from Kabarak university.I also have acquired a certificate in quick books from Talons institute of business studies.I am well conversant with computer packages ie ms word ,Excel,powerpoint,outlook and networking.
