I am a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineer Board of Kenya, Corporate Member at the Institution of Engineers of Kenya and Associate Member at the Environment Institute of Kenya.

I am Licensed Class A Energy Auditor by the Energy & Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) to carry out both investment and general grade energy audits.I am also licensed by the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) to carry out Environmental Impact Assessments and Audits.

I oversee energy, quality, health, safety, security, environment, ethics, CSR, administration, procurement, and facilities maintenance activities at FF Group. The company’s key activities are in logistics, warehousing, project cargo handling, clearing & forwarding. My job function includes:

• To ensure compliance to the energy, quality, health, safety, security, environment, ethics, facilities maintenance legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain systems to ensure the company comply with the requirements of international cyanide management code, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Spearheaded energy cost reduction by 40.80% in a span of 3 years i.e. from KES 5,335,900.00 in 2019 to KES 3,158,741.00
• Successfully lead the company’s certification in ISO 9001:2015 and International Cyanide Code.

Manage quality, health, safety, security, environment, energy, projects and facilities maintenance activities at two companies i.e. Bollore Logistics and Mombasa Container Terminal ensuring compliance to international standards, statutory and client requirements. 

• Successfully planned and spearheaded certification in ISO 22000:2005 and transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015.
• Designed, planned, and supervised the construction of fire hydrant system, borehole, and water reticulation system, upgrading of warehouses, installation of CCTV System.
