I am a graduate from University of Nairobi with bachelor degree in economics and statistics, worked with mercy corps for 2 years as program assistant helping the team to conduct and training mentors on GIRL H curriculum 

             1.March 15 2022 to 31st August 2023 Mercy corps Girl H program assistant 
Program management-Working closely with the program  coordinator the program officer will contribute to team workplans and support successful implementation of Girl H activities, ensuring team follow work plans so activities are on time, target and within the approved budget, and program delivered achieve desired impact.
Provide oversight to gender and/ or social program components including undertaking field visits to oversee implementation and generate field visits report.
Assist in training of participants and mentors on Girl H curriculum and ensuring that the curricula is delivered as per age categories of participants.
Manage adolescent girls safe space groups in collaboration with GIRL mentors.
Community and county government engagement-conduct community mobilization and sensitize meeting at village level identify and engage community leaders to sensitize on the GIRL model and establish buy-in.
Sensitize adolescent girls/boys on the GIRL model, objective and target groups participate in identification and recruitment of girl group mentors to deliver technical curricula to girls and boys.
Link the adolescent girls and boys to other traders, markets, financial institutions, public and private institutions.
Monitor and track the progress of safe space groups.
Support the development of customized monitoring and evaluation tool collect monitoring data from GIRL groups, Support assessment, evaluations, and monitoring surveys relevant to GIRL component including support in the development of scope of work, survey tools, training and management of data collectors, report writing and facilitating results discussion.
Monitor the GIRL safe space groups and upload all collected data in ONA platform prepare accurate and timely monitoring and field reports on a weekly basis and project documentation as required.
Support operations team to facilitate procurement of goods and services related to the GIRL component intervention.
Provide administrative support in preparing procurement and expense requests, following up with relevant departments for field activities. 
             2.March 10 2021 up to date internship at NG-cdf North Horr 
Provided analysis and advice on risk –management issues to company policy makers.
Prepare report Fund Manager, diverse high level audiences and also clients.
Highlighted factors that may affect the company’s ability to meet its financial obligations.
Prepare financial charts and table for analysis and presentation.
Keeping projects files. 
Filings all the office documents.
