Emma Nanjala

Hi.

I am a Kenyan-born lady and the middle child in my family. I work in health research as a lab tech and health advisor. I also love exploring new opportunities that come my way and reading novels and writing my own short stories.

I have worked as a research lab technician and also as a health advisor. Doing the following as part of my job description:

•  Collecting data on a research study, 
• Collecting patient samples for testing.
• Doing various lab tests on the samples.
• Packing and shipping samples to other labs.
• Doing an inventory of supplies and samples received in the lab.
• Counsel and enroll participants in the study.

I have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Microbiology and Biotechnology. I have also done monitoring and evaluation, leadership management and project management under University of Washington
