·   Perform day to responsibility of a project coordinator

·  Asses and analyse the needs of persons of concern in selected programs in a participatory manner to form a firm basis for implementation Represent Real Medicine Foundation and its interests;

·   Act as a liaison between Real Medicine Foundation Kenya, and stakeholders, clients and partners of Real Medicine Foundation

·  Advocate for RMF’s work in the region – engage in public relations with local health and district authorities.

·  Lead and prepare concept papers and proposals, Connect (and if appropriate, meet) with current and prospective contributors, based in Kenya, and attract funding, such as grants, contributions and sponsorships to Real Medicine Foundation’s work, especially focused on RMF Kenya’s Nutrition/Malnutrition programs.

·   Assure Real Medicine’s compliance with all levels of requirements in Kenya, and the local and federal government pertaining to the oversight of RMF’s organizational status in Kenya, including filing all pertinent applications, maintaining accurate activity records, and transparent accounting of all transactions.

.  Cultivate the values of RMF within the program and its staff.

·   Participate in liaison, coordination, and information sharing activities with national NGOs, international organizations, donors and government.
