EMILY KABARUA

My name is Emily Mwendwa Kabarua. I pursued a degree in Bachelor of Science in Project Management and got a second-class honors upper division in Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.  Regarding my knowledge in Project Management, I have learnt not only many technologies and skills used nowadays, but also, I have acquired the capability of learning new technologies fast and incorporating them to daily work. I did my internship with your organization, Fidelity Shield Insurance Company where I learnt and gained more knowledge and skills in underwriting.

DUTIES: 
✓ Preparation of policy schedules for all new businesses including branch policies transacted at the head office. ✓ Documentation of policies. ✓ Debiting work and receipting work. ✓ Issuing and printing of certificates. ✓ Renewal of the existing policies. ✓ Quotation preparation. ✓ Issuance and declaration of certificates. ✓ Cancellation of certificates and policy numbers. ✓ Customer services; processing customer enquiries, availing and guiding clients using company resource and paying courteous attention to their calls. 

I pursued a degree in Bachelor of science in project management in Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. I also have a certificate in monitoring and evaluation.
