Elizabeth Wambui

I am currently a university student. I am skilled in writing, communications, customer service,  research and reporting and editing in film and print media. I am charismatic, charming and witty. I believe in hardwork and competency.

I worked at Devyani Food Industries (K) LTD I 2022. I worked in the Sales & Marketing department where I undertook the following roles and responsibilities but not limited:

I have worked closely with Sales & Marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
I have coordinated activities at the agent level and preparing regular reports outlining the brand's performance.

I educated customers, retailers and consumers on the vast Daima range of pmducts.
I mornitored customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing depanment.
I mantained a proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving for customers.
 I have conducted market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
I sought out new sales opportunities.

I am currently attached at Kenyatta National Hospital  in the marketing and communications department. 
 

I am currently a third year LMC student at Moi University.
