Elizabeth Mwangi

A recent graduate specialized in Hospitality and Tourism management with more than two years’ experience in the hotel and tourism entity, with a knack for directly interacting with customers to ensure that their needs have been met. Ideally, close to nineteen months of hands on experience in customer service across various department has shaped me into being relentlessly customer-focused. 

I have worked in the Hospitality and Tourism industry for about two years. I have one year experience working as a waitress and five months experience working as a receptionist at a resort. Additionionally, my recent profession was as a Tour operator where i worked at Kikwetu Expeditions for six months. I can confidently state that I have impeccable customer service skills since I have interacted with customers.

On the seventeenth of December 2021, i graduated from Kenyatta University with a Bachelors in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Prior to that, I graduated from Machakos University with a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
