• Auditing the material used and tools availability and preplanning early to allow smooth execution of the project.
• Coordinating and supervising the site's construction process ensuring all set standards have been met to achieve quality of work.

• Supervised project 330KWp at Elys Chemicals, 47kWp at Exotic EPZ, 4 projects of 10kWp for Total Energies Service Stations.
• Successfully championing, coordinating and completing the first solar planned maintenance for the 107 sites for Total Energies Service Stations and provided the performance analysis report of the solar plant before and after the maintenance.
