Medical Surgical Nurse Webuye County Hospital

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. 

• Admitting patients into the unit and Collaboratively initiating discharge plans. 

• Taking patient vitals on admission, before and after procedures,and as required. 

• Administering medications as prescribed and monitoring for response and early signs of Adverse conditions. 

• Facilitating patient admissions and discharges as per facility protocols. 

• Maintaining patient records as required by the facility policies. 

• Documenting and handling over patients for continuity of care

Education

• Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) - (2019- 2023) Kenya Medical Training College - Webuye Campus

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (2014-2018) Litein Boys High School 

• Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (2010 -2014) St. Georges Greenland Academy
