I am security coordinator in a transport and logistics company with the following roles:           Spearhead comprehensive loss prevention initiatives across warehouse facilities to safeguard company and client assets.

Lead incident response operations, ensuring prompt discovery-to-resolution protocols with timely escalation and thorough investigations.

Conduct security investigations and deliver detailed analytical reports with actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Enforce adherence to warehouse and security procedures among compliance teams and Security Service Providers (SSP).

Design and deliver quarterly security training programs for operations and security personnel on evolving protocols. Implement random alcohol testing protocols and maintain detailed performance analytics.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with client security teams to support seamless operations and achieve departmental objectives.

I have 8 years in the security role and has grown from a position of security officer to an area coordinator. I have worked in a corporate security as control room/ surveillance supervisor, in plantation/ Agro-industry  as a security supervisor and in transport and logistics company as a security coordinator.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Security Studies.
