I have over 20 years’ experience developing and transforming supply chain activities across various organizations, of which 11 years being in the management position. Utilizing my analytical and systems skills to add customer value whilst reducing the operating cost base. I have the operational experience to understand where the issues lie within Supply Chain, twinned with the strategic and sourcing capability to help put solutions in place, both through talent management, vendor review and systems alignment. Strong strategic planner, problem solver and effective team leader committed to engaging new process that empower teams to deliver their KPIs and support revenue generating objectives. Open and clear communicator at all levels with demonstrated vision, leadership and supply chain operations expertise.
