Am naturally approachable with a friendly but professional person, I engage well with clients demonstrating respect and empathy, eliciting key issues in exploring their destructive indicators while drawing out the strengths that will be critical during their planned recovery.                    Key responsibilities
Providing advice, information and assistance to callers and attempting to resolve all enquiries on first contact with the caller.
Ensuring that all telephone call are answered promptly and that customer’s queries, requests and complaints are resolved in line with key targets and company procedures.
Utilizing available resources to research required information for callers and following up with customers and returning telephone calls when required. 
Applying a professional courteous manner at all time, especially when identifying and escalating priority issues or customer complaints.
Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
