Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consolidating and standardizing best practices and processes in project management across all Divisions by providing consistent project management guidance, methods, systems, tools and metrics for consistent project outcomes in the Company.
  • Creating and maintaining project monitoring and management templates, tools and software to ensure the availability of reliable data, facilitating early visibility into project performance for informed decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing monthly Last-Mile data, interpreting the results using statistical techniques, and providing reports on ongoing projects to donors and the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum.
  • Providing quarterly reports on project implementation progress to ensure alignment with project objectives, work plans, budgets, and expected results.
  • Utilizing statistical and data visualization tools and methods to analyze data, and identify trends, patterns, and insights for program design, implementation, and evaluation, supporting evidence-based decision-making.
  • Ensuring the department's data warehouse undergoes regular updates and relevant data cleaning as part of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) practices.
  • Mobilizing and supporting decision-makers to use the evidence for promoting effective solutions to Company challenges.

  • Quarterly progress implementation reporting on Company projects to ensure adherence to project objectives, work plans, budget, and expected results.
