I am passionate about customer engagement, satisfaction and experience. I enjoy meeting new people engaging in conversation and solving issues.

I currently work as a service desk officer with the co-operative bank of Kenya LTD.

Previously I worked as credit analyst dealing with retail loans and credit cards for 2 years. Four years as a quality assurance officer at the back office control office for newly onboarded customers.

6 years in parliament road branch as a systems administrator, ATM custodian and Customer service officer

I hold a degree in literature, theatre, film and music from Moi University.
