Any writing/typing and proofreading related work shall be done effectively and on time. Project management and people based coordination. Can implement wide range of community based training. 

With academic background in Diploma in Community Development, B.A Social Work and Administration, B.A in Development Studies and Masters in International Relation and Diplomacy, the skills gained have helped expand my ability to develop relevant and competent documents within the area of development. It has enhanced my ability to undertake, coordinate and implement various programs. It has also enhanced people management skills. The computer skills acquired have been gained in the computer studies done independently and on the respective courses above thus helping in all relevant online work. 

The experience gain over the last 18 years while working with different stakeholders in development and management of programs has enhanced my competency. The various roles that I have worked in requires independent thinking and meeting timely demands and deadlines. I have developed programs proposals in various initiatives that we have done. Management of data on various programs has been part of my work. Huge data work is often needed which must be filled online using google related software and excel. This has also helped me acquire the competency required. I have undertaken big programs that involved many stakeholders and thus giving the results as needed. Various policies and guidelines for self-help groups and community based organizations have been developed and registered with relevant government authorities. More than 36 groups’ guidelines/policies (Youth and women groups) have been successfully developed and submitted. Online research on youth related programs has helped develop articles and manuals with topical issues affecting the young people in general. I have also managed online of training programs for local and international students. I am therefore confident that any work given within this area will definitely meet the expectation of the client.
