Edward Karaba

My name is Edward Karaba and  I reside in Nairobi. I have cleared university last trimester on August 2022 at United States International University - Africa.

I studied International Business Administration (I.B.A) and I specialized in Marketing.

I have acquired soft skills such as communiction, teamwork, critical thinking time and stress management hence I presume that I am fit for most jobs oriented towards marketing and/or communication. Furthermore I am fluent in French and English because I have lived in Djibouti for 16 years before coming to Kenya.

I don't mind working as a French/English translator and vice-versa as well.

August - September 2018: Documentation at World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).

• My work consisted of scanning documents. Those documents were receipts, cheques, ID copies of some employees, and contracts.

December 2014: Car maintenance and repairs at Aldo's garage in Djibouti City.

• I was assisting the main mechanic in replacing engines, batteries and tires. I would check the oil for the customer’s car and determine if any changes should be done. 

July – August 2013: Data collection at Permanent Presidential Music Commission.

• I was inputting important information of the company on my laptop and then send it to my desk mate to process it. The information included the dates of events and individuals responsible for those events

I studied International Business Administration and specialized in Marketing from September 2016 to August 2022.   
I attended pre-university at Kenya Methodist University from January to August 2016.
I sat down for IGCSE on October and November 2015 at Brookhurst International School in Kajiado. I joined Brookhurst on September 2013.
I attended middle school at Lycée Français de Djibouti.
I attended Kindergarten and Primary school at École Française Françoise Dolto from September 2000 to June 2008.
