I am Edward Asati, currently the manager of Crayfish camp. I can describe myself as an industrious, result motivated, trainer and commercially aware of business needs. For example in my current position , restaurant sales vs general revenue was at 11% and SOP were at 22% but over 5-6 months in charge the revenue for restaurant sales stands at 40%  and performance score for SOP is 82% .This is a tremendous increase of 29% and 60% respectfully. Now if you hire me, i will not only add value to your product or service but will also focus on the future, focus on change, focus on people, the process and sales. I will adopt standard operating procedure checklist to capacitate proper health practice, quality management systems, service efficiency, accuracy and consistency.  I will earn you several iso certifications, good publicity, increase both customer service and customer experience by redefining hospitality service.
