problems.

o Doing general data backups for the company
o Procured all ICT supplies on a timely basis.
o Computer repairs and maintenance.
o Data entry.

Information Technology Specialist – International Business Development Solutions
Duties & Responsibilities:
o Responsible for assisting the project team with integrated security system and physical
control solutions that ensure proprietary / confidential data and systems are protected.
o Assist with activities which may include one or more of the following;
o Configuring and validating secure systems and physical controls,
o Testing security products and systems to detect security weakness.
o Determining the exact nature of problems and provide support to end users
o Providing expedient error corrections and solutions whilst working on projects in a
variety of support and development roles.
o Setting and meeting deadlines, planning and developing for computerizing a range of
business tasks.
o Providing support on the Telephony system and ICT hardware, software and networks
(i.e. LAN and WAN).
o Managing ICT equipment inventory and company web mail.
o Training end users on safety practices when using ICT equipment as per the company
policy and how to handle tasks on the operating systems.
