Eddy Odhiambo

For over 7 years, I have been involved in the customer service industry where I have worked under different settings from a hospital receptionist to a call center agent. I have a degree in Mass Communication where I plan to further my education later on to higher levels. As a journalist I have had a total of 7 articles published by The Daily Nation and a personal blog for a local team in Eastleigh ; Sharp FC. I currently work as an Accounts Collection Manager where i negotiate with debtors on payment plans and also selling of waivers to the clients.

For the past 9 years i have been working as a customer service executive and a part time journalist.Immediately after my secondary education, I begun my journey as a Hospital Receptionist where I was tasked with book keeping, client follow up and appointment booking. While in campus I did a bit of photography,videography and article writing. I still do it to date but part time. I currently work as an Accounts Collection Manager where i am tasked with making day to day calls,responding to e-mails and negotiating of waivers on written of debts.

I am a recent graduate from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and technology where I pursued a degree in Mass Communication.
