Experience

  • Timely processing of monthly payroll in terms of managing staff attendance & overtimes.

 

  • Managing employment process – hiring & recruitment, orientation and training of new staff. 

 

  • Providing counselling on policies and procedures.

 

  • Support the management on disciplinary & grievance issues.

 

  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

 

  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc) according to policy and legal requirements.

 

  • Supporting development and implementation of HR initiatives & systems.

 

  • Play a supportive role to the Human Resource Manager in the areas of HR and personnel management.

 

Education

Aug 2008 –May2012: Egerton University                 Bachelor of Commerce

                                        (Banking & Finance Option) 2nd Class Lower division

 

Nov 2022 to date - Certified Human Resource Professional Certification.
