Doreen Muchege

An adaptable professional with over 5 years of experience specializing in Research, social work, project management and community development. Over the course of my experience, I have worked with projects that deal with HIV/AIDS and TB and child protection in the rural areas. I have excelled in carrying out evaluations from baseline, midterm and end term evaluations, coordinating project goals and ensuring the effective implementation of project objectives, providing technical oversight and quality control of HIV, TB and Key & Affected Population projects, promoting effective working relations with government and organization stakeholders, managing project budgets, identifying staff development and training needs and ensuring capacity building of staff. Moreover, I have also monitored project budgets and project expenditures. I possess strong analytical, evaluation skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Monitoring and Evaluation: Experienced in scrutinizing processes, and implementing evaluation procedures thus ensuring we are on track and achieving set project milestones.
• Researching skills: Experienced in carrying out research both quantitative and qualitative and choosing the best research instrument to collect data. I have particularly carried out interviews and focus group discussions for data collection.
