About Doreen Langat:

I am a Highly resourceful and competent Human Resource & Administrative Professional with 15+ years’ extensive experience and practical understanding of business needs. 

Adept at Resourcing and Talent Planning including Recruitment support, preparation of employment contracts and Job Descriptions as well as Onboarding and off boarding of talent.

I have keen interest in Performance and Reward leading to learning and development needs analysis.  As a result of these, I have been able to enhance employee engagement and relations.

I have extensive experience in Service Delivery and Information that includes Benefits and Staff welfare, Leave management, HR Records management and data protection, Payroll, compliance, routine correspondence, policy review and compliance and general office administration. 

I have worked in a multinational organization leading to experience is working outside of the national border and different policies thereof.

In my current role, I am part of the HR Board committee, offering HR Advisory and secretarial support to the Board of Directors. 

I hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource and Strategic Management majors) from United States International University and a Bachelors Degree in Business and Office Management – First Class Honours from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.  I have also undertaken the Certified Human Resource Professional Course - CHRP(K).  I am a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management with a valid Practicing Certificate.  Additionally, I have undertaken various professional courses in Management, Leadership and Analytics.
