Currently, I work as a Business Developer at Family Bank Ltd; where I successfully executed the following roles;  driving growth in the Bancassurance business across the bank, generating revenues through championing the selling of insurance policies, executing day-to-day insurance operations at the branch level, training staff and bank clients about the importance of insurance, maintaining relationships with bank clients, generating production reports and strategic decisions, handling Client advisory on various products and development of quotations on various insurance.

 

Additionally, my competencies in the Bancassurance Sector that I would adequately bring on board includes; championing insurance product training at the Branch level, overseeing the management of collateral and assets within the bank, managing debt recovery strategies, developing good working conditions with various bank departments as well as executing insurance operations at the branch level.

 

On the other hand, I offer strategic management where I can drive operational initiatives to realize bottom-line results in pursuing organizational objectives. Additionally, I have the ability to handle complex assignments effectively and possess the confidence to lead a team with the uttermost efficiency.
