Public Health Expert

I am a Public Health Expert, with specialization in the Epidemiology of infections, Diseases Surveillance (in both active and re-active case searches), field sample collections, support in having the samples being tested, bringing feedback to the clients, and responding to several disease outbreaks. I have more than 10 year experience inPolio Eradication Initiative, Routine Immunization (using routine, as well as campaign approaches), and I also have a blend of Public Health Communication expertise. I have expertise in the epidemiological findings and advice giving, in matters surrounding Immunization, Vaccine introduction, Maternal Newborn Child Health & Nutrition (MNCH+N), as well as Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). 

I have more than 14 years of experience in core public health practices, particularly in diseases outbreaks like: Polio, Measles, Cero-Spinal Meningitis (CSM), Whooping Cough, Gastroenteritis/Cholera, Yellow-Fever, and recently COVID-19. I have also participated in several Supplemental Immunization Activities (SIAs) and mass vaccination (for children and adults), with the WHO and UNICEF, in the sub-Saharan Africa and in the South Pacific.
