2. Kinangop Dairy Limited

Set up the company's (and later ,the MUKI Group's ICTdepartment).(There was no ICT department in the company)

-Set up the entire company's ICT infrastructure that involved linking up the Head quarters in Nairobi with the Factory in Kinangop and the depot in Embakasi.(The infrastructure moved from 6 computers to over 88 computers,six servers and 16 networked printers)

-Closely collaborated with Management,department heads and departmental staff to identify and quickly address ICT problems.

-Diagnosed and repaired computer hardware and network systems.
-Managed implementation of Syspro ERP software.(This was the entire process from gathering user requirements to Software Vendor selection through the bidding system to implementationof the ERP)

-Established standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance on newly acquired systems, including the Syspro ERP and inhouse designed reporting systems.

-Guided implementation of company-wide enterprise security strategy for network and hardware, disaster recovery, data protection and endpoint protection.
