  1. WAREHOUSING & LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR.

Rapidly supporting the business in preparation of management reports, assessing total costs of the company purchase, developing and implementing strategies for procuring, storing and distributing services and goods as well as maintaining stock levels, overseeing and playing an active role in purchasing and reporting to the Chief procurement officer. 

  • Accountable for Waybill Verification: Preparation and verification of daily delivery notes for the movement of goods in support of the daily business operations.
  • Excel Reconciliation: Daily reconciliation and update of various items such as daily reports, and customer outbound quantities making it possible for the business to track the existing inventory and retain stock counts.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Ensuring accurate daily stock taking in a timely manner and in that the business retains an optimum stock level to meet the customer demand while keeping the costs associated with holding stock at a minimum.
  • Efficient Out-bounding System: ensuring to select correct cost Centre (sample, customer compensation, public relation) and realize a timely order fulfillment process.   
  • Administrative Support: assisting executives in daily business operations mainly in claiming weekly expenses through OAS, out bounding of customer deliveries from POS i.e., BMMC Waybills, FMCG waybills and HHMC waybills in ensuring productive business operations.
  • Timely Logistics Support: this involves timely container inbounding, transfer orders as well as transferring outbounds of goods to Nairobi.

  • 2.  PROCUREMENT TRAINEE

Swiftly braced the administration in preparing management reports, took an active role in designing specifications with the management, comparative studies of different suppliers, negotiating with providers, actively engaged in structuring the tender process, preparing orders and making the timely follow-up of orders and providers’ performances.  

  • Accurate Procurement Documentation: preparing and maintaining records relevant to pre-tendering, tendering and contract administration phases,
  • Prepare Local purchase order (LPOs) and Local service orders (LSOs)
  • Successful Purchase Requisition Process: involved purchase request submission, request screening and submitting to the manager for review and authorization.
  • Fruitful Supplier Relationship: took an active role in vendor management by segmenting the suppliers and determined important supply categories in devising management strategies in managing their supplies efficiently.
  • Effectual Contract Negotiation: actively engaged in contract negotiations with suppliers in determining and attaining the fairest price and payment terms, timely delivery, production timeline and quality standards.
