I am a 24year old professional freelance personal trainer and fencing Coach. I work with individuals and groups, I offer individual and group fencing lessons for beginners and advanced athletes (kids and adults).

I work professionally and I take my job seriously. I design appropriate training programmes for my clients, and ensure I am a safe space for them. I am a freelance as Dee's Fitness and Fencing. I've been in business for two years now.
Education
I attended the Exercise Teacher's Academy in Johannesburg and attained my Higher Certificate in Fitness and Tychler Fencing School in Johannesburg where I got my Higher Diploma in Fencing (for all the three weapons).
