Diana Adongo

My name is Diana Adongo Ouma, i am 32 years old currently working as a revenue officer in the domestic taxes department. I work at Kenya Revenue Authority, Kakamega town. Kenya Revenue Authority is the national government agency in revenue collection.

I hold a master of arts in economics, bachelor of economics and finance and recently completed a tax training course at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration.

I would like to express my interest in the finance trainee as a way to continue my career growth, knowledge and skills in becoming an international corporate consultant with the German and Kenyan trade systems. Am currently on A2 German level to progress my interest in the German culture and system. I believe i can achieve career goals through the training your company is offering.

As a revenue officer, I have worked in 3 areas since i joined the institution in June 2018. That is, tax base expansion, debt section and currently in compliance section. All the 3 areas have contributed in learning revenue operations at the institution from recruitment drive, field operations, customer experience, data analysis. This has enabled me to acquire skills in revenue tracking, revenue reporting, customer service and revenue forecasting.
